LOCATION

The Hotel Rincon Andaluz is located in the exclusive Puerto Banús area, only a
few metres from the beach and 7 Kilometres from Marbella town centre. The Hotel
lies in 28.000sqm of spectacular and mature subtropical gardens, pools and
ponds, setting the Hotel in an Oasis in the heart of the Mediterranean.
Its particular location, together with the open patios and spaces, make this hotel
the ideal place for a family holiday, as well as a relaxing holiday taking advantage
of the beaches and the excellent Costa del Sol climate.
The gastronomic and leisure offer is guaranteed by' its closeness to Puerto Banús.
The Hotel is within easy access to more than 30 golf courses reachable in no more
than 30 minutes.

HOTEL AND BEDROOMS

The Hotel is built as a typical Andalusian White Village with its small cobblestone
streets, patios and squares. It even has a small chapel. The buildings are no higher
than two storey levels and comprise 315 bedrooms.
There are 5 different room types:
Budget Room: 69 rooms. Standard rooms without terrace neither balcony and views
to the front of the hotel and main road.
Standard Room: 130 rooms. Wider standard room with terrace or balcony and
views to our Andalusian courts or gardens.
Superior Room: 88 rooms. Very wide room with terrace and views to our Andalusian
courts, garden or main swimming pool.
Family Room: 23 rooms. Rooms with 2 separated bedrooms and 1 bathroom to
share. They all have terrace or balcony.
Suite: 5 rooms. Rooms wi th 2 separated bedrooms, 1 living room and with 1
bathroom to share. They' all have terrace or balcony.
All bedrooms at the Hotel Rincon Andaluz have bath and/or shower, air conditioned
hot/cold, Satellite TV, Telephone, hairdryer, safe (charge) and mini bar (charge)

RESTAURANTS

The Hotel offers various restaurants to enjoy international Cuisine.
Restaurant "Tropical" is the hear t of the Hotel, serving a Buffet Breakfast
and it opens again in the evening offering a Buffet Dinner with some of the best
national and international dishes.
"EI Cocodrilo" Snack Bar: close to the main swimming pool, is the ideal place to
enjoy' a light lunch or try the Andalusian specialities all year round.
"La Cascada" Bar: next to the swimming pool, opens during the summer months
and is the perfect setting to enjoy a cool drink.
"Sir Drake' Bar: open all year, is the hotel's main bar. With a cosy atmosphere,
it is the perfect place to enjoy a drink with friend s before or after dinner.
Pepe's Beach Club: Our own Beach Club, with its typical dishes from the Malaga
area, is the ideal place to relax by the beach during the Summer months.

ENTERTAIMENT AND CHILDREN

The Hotel Rincon Andaluz offers a paradise for both parents and children alike:
a children's playground and mini club set in our large gardens and near the pool.
During the summer months we also offer an extensive entertainment program with
